This may be a fit for you if...

01

You’re navigating a career, workplace, business, or academic challenge and aren’t sure what needs to change.

02

You know what you want to do, but planning, prioritizing, starting, or following through is making it harder than it should be.

03

You’re carrying responsibilities outside of work or school that are affecting your capacity, focus, confidence, or decision-making.

What We May Work On

Coaching looks different for everyone. These are some of the areas we may explore depending on what you’re navigating.

WORK + CAREER

Career direction and transitions, workplace expectations, communication, leadership, burnout, relationships at work, performance challenges, and accommodations.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Planning, decision-making, client responsibilities, administrative work, follow-through, business systems, and creating a more sustainable way to work.

EDUCATION

Coursework, studying, research, long-term projects, academic routines, communication with faculty, transitions, and accommodations.

EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING + EVERYDAY LIFE

Planning, prioritizing, starting, organizing, remembering, transitioning, and following through — along with relationships, caregiving, household responsibilities, boundaries, confidence, and other parts of life when they are affecting what you're working toward.

Work doesn’t happen in a vacuum.

Relationships, caregiving, household responsibilities, health, identity, transitions, and other parts of life can affect how you function at work, in school, or in your business.

Coaching makes room for those things when they matter — without losing sight of what you came to work on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work only with women?

No. Individual coaching is available to adults of all genders.

THRIVE is a separate group-coaching program created specifically for women with ADHD.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?

If you work with both diagnosed and self-identified clients, a simple answer could be:

A formal diagnosis is not required to begin coaching. We can discuss whether coaching is appropriate for your needs during your consultation.

How often will we meet?

Coaching may be weekly, biweekly, or structured differently depending on the option selected and the type of support you need.

We can discuss available options during your consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Coaching is not billed to health insurance.

In some cases, an employer may sponsor coaching directly or provide coaching as part of workplace support.

If you are interested in employer-sponsored coaching, you can discuss the option with your employer or HR representative.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No.

Coaching and therapy are distinct services.

ADHD coaching focuses on current goals, self-understanding, skill development, decision-making, practical strategies, and forward movement.

Although I am also a licensed therapist, clients receiving this service are participating in coaching rather than therapy.

Can you help with workplace accommodations?

Yes.

Accommodation support can include identifying workplace barriers, exploring possible accommodations, organizing information, preparing for conversations, and reviewing the information you plan to communicate to your employer.

This service provides education and practical support and is not legal advice.

How do I get started?

Schedule a consultation.

We’ll talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what you would like support with, and whether individual coaching is the right next step.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before we talk.

Start with a conversation about where you are, what you’re navigating, and what you want to be different.
