Individual ADHD Coaching

What to Expect

Start With a Coaching Call

Scheduling a coaching call is always the best place to begin.

This is a working conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll talk through what’s going on right now, where ADHD and executive function challenges are showing up, and what kind of support would be most helpful.

Together, we’ll decide next steps, whether that’s individual sessions, ongoing support, or another option.

Your First Coaching Session

Once we decide to work together, we’ll start by getting grounded.

In your first session, we’ll:

  • Clarify your goals and current challenges

  • Identify patterns related to ADHD and executive function

  • Decide what feels most important to focus on first

There’s no rigid process to complete ahead of time. We build clarity together.

Ongoing Coaching Support

Coaching is flexible and collaborative.

Sessions may happen weekly, biweekly, or as needed. Over time, coaching may include:

  • Building systems that work with your ADHD

  • Adjusting strategies as your work or life changes

  • Navigating work challenges, burnout, communication, or accommodations

  • Increasing self-awareness, confidence, and follow-through

Support evolves as you do.
